On the occasion of World Oral Health Day, an Oral Health Education Camp was conducted at KNGG High School, Yanam.The camp aimed to raise awareness about the importance of oral hygiene and provide essential dental care services to the participants.
Highlights of the Program:
• Brushing Techniques Demonstration:
Proper brushing techniques were demonstrated using dental models to educate participants about maintaining good oral hygiene.
• Fluoride Application and Restorations:
Fluoride applications were provided to strengthen teeth and prevent cavities. Restorations were also carried out where needed to address existing dental issues.
Outcome:
• Total number of beneficiaries: 150 members
• Participants gained valuable knowledge about oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
The program was well-received and helped in promoting better oral health practices among the participants.
